have look at some books on the net mate, i alsked me mate who breeds them and he reckons if she keeps eating the eggs then u will hav to strip her of the eggs at about the week mark this is done at nite time to reduce stress and make shure u remove the infertile eggs from the rearing tank.

Is there anything else in the tank with her. If not you will probably get away with leaving her to raise the fry.
If you do strip make sure you have a good tumbler to put them in.....sometimes trying to catch the mum causes her to swallow them if she gets too stressed. If I remember correctly it takes 2 weeks before the eggs hatch completely and you have fry. Just be wary, if you have any cone snails in the tank, sometimes the fronnie can accidental pick one up with the eggs and one of them can destroy all the eggs while in mums mouth.
Whatever happens, it's a good sign of things to come, once they start holding eggs, that they can do it again.
Good luck and I hope they all come out ok.
Post up pics when you can.

You can strip and place the eggs in a floating fine small strainer or placed on glass rods across the full rearing tank with reduced aeration coming from below and rear them to hatching before release into the tank, minus other inmates, naturally. There are many techniques one can employ commercially.

*thumbsup* Well done Azza *thumbsup* I think it's good to let them try on their own as your more likely that she'll breed and raise them successfully again. When you strip the stress can cause them to swallow them.... and you end up with less and less eggs every time. Better once they become fry.... or just let nature take it's course.

i think the shark an the mono might ping off the bubs as they come out of hiding , i had some mono`s a while back and they used to swoop like an eagle and ping off all the baby b/nose , shark may be ok but not 100% sure though , good luck mate *rockdude
